How many should I “take” a day?
That's really up to you! Some people want to savor their box and eat them over the course of a couple of days. If you're like Tania, you'll eat the whole box in a day. Luckily you don't have to feel guilty. The amount of herbs in 3 bites is a good daily amount, but 6 would never hurt either!
How do I store them/how long will the last?
You can keep them in your pantry, in your fridge, or in your freezer. It really depends on how you like them most! PMS Bites will last for four months in an un-opened package.
Can men eat them?
They can and they do! PMS Bites are a healthy alternative to sugary, fatty desserts. Men can enjoy them just as much as women without any negative effects. We promise you won't grow breasts! Herbs in the bites help with cramping, bloating, and irritability. Last time we checked, men can get cranky too!
Can I give these to my girlfriend/wife?
Yes! We have a special section of our site dedicated to partners. It's all in how you give the gift. Giving PMS Bites is an acknowledgment from you that you understand that PMS does bite and that you took the time to give something that might help. If you throw the box at her when she's upset with you, that probably won't go over very well. But if you let her know that these are healthy, chocolaty snacks that won't make her symptoms worse, you'll get some major bonus points.

What is PMS and what causes it?
PMS is a recurrence of symptoms (up to 150) before menstruation and an absence of symptoms after menstruation. Some argue it’s an imbalance of progesterone to other hormones. Others say it’s a lack of progesterone. What we have found is there is a direct connection to symptoms and blood sugar balance. Women who eat foods higher in sugar have more PMS symptoms.
Why is sugar bad during PMS time?
Refined foods have been stripped of their natural goodness so you digest the foods very quickly. Glucose enters the bloodstream too quickly as a result. The high quickly passes, and then you feel low. Women who eat more dairy, sugar, and carbs have more PMS symptoms than those who do not. What you eat affects PMS. Sugar causes a fast spike and then a rapid decline in blood sugar levels. When blood sugars are low, adrenaline is released into the body, making PMS symptoms far worse. Sugar exacerbates PMS.
