A Fail-Proof Guide to Celebrating Your Birthday, Even if You're PMSing

This past Sunday was my birthday! God, I love birthdays. I mean, birthdays are an all purpose excuse to do (almost) whatever you want. Don’t want to respond to emails? Ignore them! Don’t want to do the laundry you’ve been putting off for weeks? Another day won’t make a difference— it’s your birthday! Everything is in your favor...except mother nature. 

If your PMS falls on your Birthday, don't let it ruin your special day. Even though you're PMSing, today is still your day! Birthdays are meant to be celebrated whether the festivities be extravagant or a low key “netflix and chill” kind of night (I mean literally). You may be tempted to hit the snooze button and get an extra hour of sleep, but you only get one birthday a year so wake up early and enjoy your day to its fullest.
